On March 19th and 20th, 2011, the 34th Annual American Crossword Puzzle Tournament was held at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott in New York City. Once again, a huge ballroom was filled with hundreds of fanatics competing to be the crossword tournament champion. Inside E Street talks with the returning champion Dan Feyer, who was crowned the top puzzler of the 2011 Crossword Tournament, a couple of die-hard contestants and Will Shortz, Crossword Editor of the New York Times, Puzzlemaster for NPR and Founder/Director of the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament.
