14th Westchester Crossword Puzzle Tournament

Friday, October 1, 2010 • 7:30-9:45 pm • Pleasantville, NY

The 14th annual Westchester Crossword Puzzle Tournament will be held at the St. John's Episcopal Church, 8 Sunnyside Ave. (corner of Bedford Road), in Pleasantville, N.Y. The event is directed by Will Shortz. It will feature Monday-Thursday puzzles from future New York Times. Prizes will be awarded in numerous categories, including best doubles team. Coffee and dessert will be served. The entry fee is $30/person ($45/doubles team), to benefit the Pleasantville Fund for Learning. For more info, call the Village Bookstore, 914-769-8322.
